When you're not jonesing too badly for bacon...

you can take the time to serve the crispy strips ever so properly. But, like with bacon itself, ya gotta be quick (and no, this isn't my item):

  • A bargain at any price! But where are the matching vienna sausage skewer and gravy boat?
    • It's my sad duty to report that so many little weiner critters piled into the gravy boat (amazingly tight quarters - they were shoulder-to-shoulder) that, alas, the perilously overloaded gravy boat was lost with all hands (or, whatever...) when the bottom was repeatedly (though reportedly accidentally) ~ yes ~ skewered. There was an unconfirmed report of a sterling silver covered vegetable dish (with reposse-embossed egg and dart motive over a modified Greek key border and scalloped edges) in the area which had allegedly been hijacked by a swarm of Swedish meatballs who were heard to be cheering wildly as the gravy boat went down. Rumors have reached us that alcohol was involved, the meatballs were said to be sauced. We do have confirmation that Bacardi 151 was NOT involved (more details will be given as we have them at bacardi151.tribe.net. Latest reports claim that Great Britain has joined in the international efforts at recovery (from many substances) due to an eyewitness' account of seeing empty Old English 800 40-ouncers nearby the vegetable dish. If the gravy boat and skewers are, indeed, located and raised (James Cameron is already on-scene - or was that obscene? Well, anyway...), rest assured the artifacts will be made available to the public on eBay whereupon one might complete one's service set...
      • * FLASH UPDATE *

bacardi151.tribe.net has become b151.tribe.net, apparently a power-that-be didn't think much of a "proper name" in a tribe title. Ah, well, out with the old, toast with the new!

PS No additional reports from the recovery scene though Geraldo Rivera was overheard frantically attempting to book helicopter time in the area.
